Went in to look for a couch not even wanting a set. Salesman was not even pushy gave us our space until we found one we liked but was out of our price range. He showed us some within our budget and we ended up getting the whole set! We love it we got a very nice set at a good deal! Thank you guys!

We went to National Furniture to furnish our entire house. The manager was a great help to us and he took a lot of time with us to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and would be a great fit. This is the only furniture store or we were very warmly welcomed and well taken care of. And I have been recommending them to my friends and my family. In fact my parents bought furniture from here as well. I wouldn't shop anyplace else.

I bought furniture from National Furniture Liquidators on March 16, 2020. The salesperson was extremely helpful and courteous. An honest mistake was made and my furniture was not delivered on the promised date. Again, I repeat.....an honest mistake was made. Who hasn't made an honest mistake in the past? I called them up and requested a refund. The secretary (didn't catch her name), just like the salesperson was very helpful and courteous. She patched me to her manager, Willy. He too was very helpful and professional and refunded my money. Willy and the secretary were very understanding and apologized. All I have to say is that.....you didn't lose a customer, you gained one! I recommend this furniture store to everyone; they do take care of thier customers. And if they make a mistake, they own up to it and make things right.Carlos

Probably the best furniture store in all of El Paso. Salespersons don’t haggle you. They ask what you want, they show you the goods, and allow you to negotiate the price depending on what you have seen around town! So I happen to have a lot of vinyl and it occupies a portion of the dining room. The wife wanted to get rid of my vinyl, so I compromised with her and agreed to get an organizer for the vinyl; that could double as an entertainment center. As long as I would buy her a new dining room table. Well me trying to be as frugal as possible, was shown back room pieces that were discontinued and at discount prices. Long story long, I walked away with a table for six, originally at $1,998 and I got it $667 after taxes. Guess what, they found it BRAND NEW in their warehouse. Awesome experience!!!

Worked with Dago and was happy with the service. We bought a full bedroom set and kitchen table. One night stand was damaged at the warehouse so they pushed delivery of that one item back one month. All other items delivered promptly and without issue. Quality is good but as expected for a warehouse. We'll be back for the service and fair prices.

This is the first furniture store where the entire staff was so willing to help out. So I chose to furnish my entire house here. The manager really impressed me. He really took the time to make sure I knew where everything was and what to look for and help me find exactly what I needed. There was definitely a huge selection of furniture to chose from. Sales reps are willing to help. One thing I did not like was that if any furniture you are purchasing is not in stock it would take 2 to 3 weeks for you to get the item.
