I bought furniture from National Furniture Liquidators on March 16, 2020. The salesperson was extremely helpful and courteous. An honest mistake was made and my furniture was not delivered on the promised date. Again, I repeat.....an honest mistake was made. Who hasn't made an honest mistake in the past? I called them up and requested a refund. The secretary (didn't catch her name), just like the salesperson was very helpful and courteous. She patched me to her manager, Willy. He too was very helpful and professional and refunded my money. Willy and the secretary were very understanding and apologized. All I have to say is that.....you didn't lose a customer, you gained one! I recommend this furniture store to everyone; they do take care of thier customers. And if they make a mistake, they own up to it and make things right.Carlos

So I happen to have a lot of vinyl and it occupies a portion of the dining room. The wife wanted to get rid of my vinyl, so I compromised with her and agreed to get an organizer for the vinyl; that could double as an entertainment center. As long as I would buy her a new dining room table. Well me trying to be as frugal as possible, was shown back room pieces that were discontinued and at discount prices. Long story long, I walked away with a table for six, originally at $1,998 and I got it $667 after taxes. Guess what, they found it BRAND NEW in their warehouse. Awesome experience!!!

Worked with Dago and was happy with the service. We bought a full bedroom set and kitchen table. One night stand was damaged at the warehouse so they pushed delivery of that one item back one month. There was definitely a huge selection of furniture to chose from. Sales reps are willing to help. One thing I did not like was that if any furniture you are purchasing is not in stock it would take 2 to 3 weeks for you to get the item.
